The studio is gorgeous, the staff is energetic and fun, and the atmosphere is so positive and supportive. Don’t let the small, subtle movements fool you...BM is killer. You’ll work muscles you didn’t even know you had, but that’s part of what makes it so great!

Instructors are well-trained and will support you and push you to get you a great workout in a non-threatening, easy atmosphere. It really is a workout that's good for everybody (and every body)! This new location is bright and happy and the staff is tops.

(May 24, 2019, 4:41 pm)Beautiful studio and very professional staff. Everyone is welcome and staff makes sure you are performing all exercises correctly. I’ve tried other bar studios and now have come back. Bar Method is by far the best. I won’t leave again.

(May 7, 2019, 2:09 pm)I have been a client at The Bar Method for 15(?) years - on and off. It is the thing I always go back to. Years ago, when I attended classes 4-5 times a week, I was literally in the best shape of my life. Imagine how excited I was when I learned Bar was coming to my hometown! I have not been disappointed.
What I love:
1. Megan and her crew of teachers are knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and informative.
2. This work out works for me. It never is easy, no matter how fit you are (or get).
3. The studio is beautiful, the members are friendly and welcoming and it’s just 2 miles from home.
