  Our family would like to express deep appreciation for the work done by Miranda and her team. We interviewed Miranda and were really impressed with her presentation. She was very professional, attentive to our requests, set realistic expectations, and gave us very valuable timeline of what we need to do and when, because we needed to sell our house as fast as possible. From day 1 she and her team were on top of everything. She was always available for our questions, and she would reach us to make sure we are doing ok and that we know what the next step is. Our house was on the market just for 3 days. We had multiple offers, accepted one and the rest went really smoothly, the escrow was closed within 2 weeks. Even when we had a moment with buyers, Miranda showed great negotiating skills and the issue was settled for our and buyers satisfaction.
  Please don’t think twice and hire Miranda as your realtor. You will be very well represented and happy with the end result. Highly recommended!!!

  Miranda is a true professional! She took charge of the entire process of the sale of my home and made things as easy as possible for me. The timing was critical. Not only was she selling my old house, she found a new home for me that I loved in the area I wanted, and handled everything for that home as well. She brought in colleagues to make sure my house was ready to show to its best advantage. She guided me each step of the way, making sure all deadlines all were met. Her contacts were invaluable and saved me a lot of money in the process of getting my house ready to show. She scheduled all of the numerous appointments for the necessary inspections and repairs, and was available at all times to answer any questions I had. Miranda is a great problem solver and comes up with creative solutions. Her expertise was also evident in the negotiation process for both homes, and she always worked in my best interest. She is a master communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Miranda Mattos!

  Miranda and her team helped me find a home that was able to fit all my needs. Miranda took the time and energy to make sure that my transaction was very seamless and easy on me. She even went out of her way to provide me a timeline of all important dates. After I closed her team helped me do some upgrades to the new home. I really appreciated her all out effort.

  Miranda Mattos helped us buy us first home and how !! In a couple meetings only she understood our wishlist , financials and worked seamlessly and extremely professionally to make it happen in record time ,in a market of 2013 which was extremely unpredictable. We were extremely stressed about the whole process , Miranda walked us through everything patiently and with her extreme knowledge and understanding of the area, we were able to buy our first home.
