“I'm going to write this review changing my opinion because of one person. Manny called me when I was upset about waiting 7 days for a tech hearing that each day I called the dispatch lady would say "they were going to be out today" and nobody would show and no phone call. He was very upset to hear that. We chatted and I told him I had called another company, Manny knew something i didn't and when 6/12 came around for the other company to show up between 8am and 10am I got a phone call an hour after they were supposed to be here saying their tech was held up and would be able to make it 6/13. I called Manny and told him what happened and he told me not to worry that a tech would be out today no matter what and he would be coming with him to make sure everything went OK. MAS need more people like Manny. He got what I was going through and assured me that they would make it right. Thank you Manny you helped my guys in the field get cooled off and made it right.”

“My overall experience was great! After searching through dozens of local tattoo artists, I found Amy Zager on Instagram and fell in love with her style. I love her use of color and creative designs. I have always wanted an octopus tattoo, but I knew the octopus by itself was kinda weak. I emailed Amy and asked her to design something fun using the octopus as inspiration. She did not disappoint! I was amazed when I saw her design, and even more amazed to see that artwork tattooed on my arm. The tattoo is fairly large and took two sessions. This is my first tattoo and it was such a good experience. Additionally, the tattoo shop was very clean and looks cool. The other artists I saw there were also nice and professional.”

“I’m new to California. I went to a bunch of places looking for something and no one was helpful. After a horrible day at work. Today January 17th at 8:15 I came here, last try. I walked in to an absolute angel. Jesse. Not only did he help me and not overcharge me, but he took the time to give me information about where I was, and directions for where I was going. In my 36 years on the planet I have Never had customer service like that. Come here for smoke shop needs over ANYWHERE else. Thank you 925 Smoke Shop! Amazing. You guys rule.
