“Always fun to stop in and see what is 'On Sale'! Stock has a high turnover, so there are always a great find or two. Most of their lady's clothes are very comfy & 'practical' (vs trendy), and thus appeal to the older (40+) crowd. The Florida-based Chico's 'Look' is tasteful basic solids, with chunky costume jewelry or a bright scarf. Or in cooler weather, a light 'statement' jacket. It is good for casual, office, or entertaining. Their stretchy 'Travelers' and cotton/Lycra 'Spa' line of clothes are great for mix'n' match traveling, too (no wrinkle, no ironing, wash easy, comfy). They are also good for the handicapped, as I accidentally found out; the pull-on Travellers pants stretched right over the big "Fixator" bolted to my leg bone. Nothing else would fit over it. That is actually how I 'discovered' Chico's in 2003. 'So Lifting' Chicos jeans have some Lycra, fit my bubble butt with no gap at the top, and flatten the tummy. They also last through all my yearly +/- 10 lb. weight changes, and many washings, so I love them (esp. when *On Sale*, of course!). 'Short' (30") is good with sneakers, 'Regular' (32") with heels. So I own every color and length. Best of all, I am only a Size 1 (instead of a Ladies 10/12, or Chico's 2) in them! Downside of Chico's is that many jackets are somewhat blocky in cut and don't fasten for windy days, pockets are often missing or small, and basic favorite colors (like royal blue or light yellow) don't match year to year for expanding the mix'n'match sets, so I end up owning a lot of black. I just wish they would have set neutral-tone 'base' colors (besides black!) and use accessories like printed scarfs or cheap tank tops to bring in the trendier colors and tie old/new color combinations together.”

“Ive used Axis, for 5 years, good Drs, regulated by management, some specialty referrals are in horrible locations, way to far away for elderly or handicap patients, then I was told by my Dr. I have to commute farther than that everyday! Well I can hardly get up and out of the car not to mention a ride for procedures that I will need to be put under some sort of sedation and wont beable to drive! The fact I have change my specialist every year because they keep changing the insurance and they phase out the specialist! All this is becoming way to much of a hardship for me to continue I may have to switch to someone else if the Ombudsman are not able to aid me or axis figures something out. I think they have some good PCPs thier. I like my Drs would like to keep them all!”
