“My elderly parents were driving at midnight on a secluded road in the hills when their tire blew out. The estimated arrival time was 45 minutes but Omar got there much faster and switched out the tire quickly. My parents were pretty shaken up but Omar made them feel safe on the side of the road. 5 stars for great customer service!”
