  Kris and his staff is great. Friendly from the moment I walked in the door. No need to wait as someone immediately asked how they can be of service. I took care of my business and got my questions answered. Great office and staff.

  Kris has been handling my insurance for years. He's very knowledgeable and helpful . Most importantly, he is prompt in his response whenever I had questions regarding my policies. I trust Kris to take care of me.

  I had Kris Chan and State Farm insurance for years. I know I could probably get cheaper insurance elsewhere. in my opinion, low price does not equal great value. I feel the great service and friendly people at Kris' office is well worth the premium I am paying. Besides, it is too much hassle to switch company every year just to save a few bucks.

  My family and I have been going to Kris for at least 3 years, all very satisfied. Recently I had some issues dealing with a claim. Kris and his staff spent lots of time with me to ensure everything was handled properly. Any time a question or concern arises they're only a phone call away! I greatly appreciate their help and remain a customer because of it.

  Kris is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I lead a busy life and insurance language is as foreign to me as Spanish. I just paid my insurance premium and hope that I will never need to use my insurance. I am depending on Kris to monitor my insurance portfolio (Auto, Motorcycle, Home, Rental properties, Umbrella policy, Life) to make sure that I am properly covered.
  
  Last week, I was thinking about renting a motorcycle for my vacation. I called Kris to inquire if my motorcycle insurance will extend coverage to my rental bike. Like most people, I assumed that a rental motorcycle will enjoy the same coverage extension as a rental car. Kris did his research and informed me about the gap in my motorcycle coverage. He informed me that a motorcycle is defined differently than an auto. As such, liability will extend but not the physical damage (comprehensive and collision) when I am riding a rental motorcycle. Imagine my surprise! I would not have otherwise known if Kris had not brought this news to my attention. Kris has not only saved me money, but he has saved me a ton of headaches by ensuring that I have the right coverage. So instead of renting the bike, I bought a new one for my vacation. I am not risking my financial future on any assumptions. Thanks to Kris, I am much more informed when it comes to insurance matter.
