I have been parking here for a few years now. Unfortunately today I returned to a dead battery due to my own stupidity. Not only that but it was pouring rain. The attended (I forgot his name unfortunately) was very helpful. He got his own car to try and jump it, helped me push my car so we could access my battery and stayed in the rain way longer than he needed to in an attempt to help. Sadly the battery was too dead. But that is not the point. It was a really kind thing to do. THANK YOU.
The lot has always been safe and I've only not been able to get a spot one time in 4 years. If you download the "pay by phone" app you can save a few minutes and skip the machine lines.
