    Brian Figueroa and his crew were simply outstanding. Between the estimate/contract and the actual work is the real test. Brian and his crew worked continously and were very thorough. They found gaps in the home that needed to be closed that had not been found in the earlier visit. Make no mistake, this is not easy work and Brian's crew never stopped. A new gap? Back under the home they went. Hard working and skilled. Ask for Brian's crew!

    The first visit by Lee was critical. Professional, competent and experienced. He explained the business model was to rid the home of rodents, not just seal gaps. The scheduled follow up, not offered by competitors was the clincher.

    Attic Cat did an amazing job inspecting and correcting a pest issue. They were thorough, friendly and informed us along the way. They shared before and after pictures and were conscientious about the follow up that would be required. They were reasonable in pricing and were careful of our personal property. 5 stars! Thank you!

    I was extremely happy with the work provided by Attic Cat. Very efficient and hard working crew. Communicated all they were doing and what was found. Cleaned/vacuumed affected spaces very thoroughly. Inspected the inside of all heating ducts. Very pleased to see that they moved all my boxes around in the attic to access and clean everywhere. I feel very confident that my home is protected now. The three year warranty will definitely ensure that it will be.

    The crew from Attic Cat were fast, thorough, and exceptionally neat! We'll have to see how things look in the longer term, but for now we're very satisfied. Even better, five days after treatment, we thought we'd experienced a noxious order from our crawlspace, and called Attic Cat to check our traps. They dispatched a technician within 3-4 hours -- highly appreciated service
