Kume Float & Cryo Spa

Trying a float tank was on my bucket list. These weren't tanks, they were whole floor to ceiling pods! Plenty of room to stretch out. You won't feel claustrophobic, and you can crack the door anytime.

The service was fantastic. Jennifer took plenty of time to explain everything, and they had a video guide for first timers. It's a comfortable corporate wellness vibe, lotus symbols on wood paneling and color matched dell monitors. They have their own products but don't push them.

The experience itself was okay. Not as transcendent as folks suggest. As someone who has no problem meditating for an hour, it was mostly just a fun experience and environment. I had fun playing with the buoyancy of my body more than I got anything out of being in a dark quiet still room for an hour. I was surprised when the light and music came on, letting me know the time was up.

great experience! I've never done cryo before and the friendly staff helped walk us through everything. it was an awesome experience and would definitely do it again.

their float was awesome and only wished I opted for 2hrs! tank was clean, along with shower and all amenities. I've floated before but their clear video instructions were a nice refresher. fit a 6ft guy easily and not once bumped the sides.

Highly recommend. The spa itself is beautiful, very clean, and easy to get to from 580. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience in a float tank, and the quick video tutorial really helped in answering questions I didn't even know I had. The float room is very spacious and private with a changing area and big shower, plus ammentities like ear plugs and such. The tank itself was large and has the options of leaving lights and music on- did not feel claustrophobic at all. The experience itself was unlike anything I've had before- deeply meditative and relaxing. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends, especially those with chronic body pains and aches.

Let go and float. Walking into the spa, I was greeted warmly and was drawn to the aesthetics blending natural elements with clean, modern decor. As this was my first time trying float, the staff provided guidance on how to maximize the session. There's a pod or float rooms including music and light therapy, in addition to all the healing properties of water and salt. Float adds another dimension to relaxation as I felt weightless and formless. If quieting your mind is a challenge, I highly recommend this experience since the lightness facilitates getting into a meditative state. It was like floating on the sea without concerns about boats, creatures, or anything really. It's an excellent way to surrender control to the buoyancy and connect to self -- or take a nap amid the soothing ambiance. Try this unique wellness modality for a moment of peace and calm. I would definitely combine it with a massage afterwards or the infrared sauna beforehand. The quality of service and products at Kume Spa is exceptional.
