(October 30, 2020, 10:36 pm)I had my company truck parked on 73rd today while heading up a volunteer project to pick up trash on the streets, in the area.
In the span of 15 min 2 guys on bicycles smashed the passenger side window of our company dump truck and stole items out of it.
I reached out to the manager, Darren in hopes of attaining video of the break in.
Darren was up to his neck in work but stopped everything he was doing to help me.
He spent nearly an hour locating video of the break in.
He went above and beyond helping me.
This was an amazing effort unto itself.
For someone to give this level attention to a non-customer I can only imagine the level of customer service he provides to his clients.
The integrity of ABC Supplies was made apparent to me today. -
