(December 12, 2017, 7:13 pm)Appt making was easy, they saw me within a few minutes of my scheduled time. I arrived early, there were 5 people waiting before me. Not enough staff working. They are friendly and respectful. I don't agree with their confidentiality policy, I wanted my partner with me the whole time, I was forced to answer questions alone. They were as efficient, friendly and easy going as possible.
