  Make sure you take your items with you their lost and found will steal anything left in the car this is why they tell you they are not responsible for anything you left in the car other than my mistake they did a wonderful and fantastic job

  Hertz Car Rentals at Oakland international Airport is great! Going for the better deal with another agency so you can make trip expenses lower? That may not be a wise choice. Hertz prices are competitive so a few bucks to me is worth the hassle and headache preventative maintenance of a car rental. I experienced hassles and headaches from the other agencies at OAK. Running around to waiting in line when all you want to do is get to a good car or SUV and leave can be eliminated with Hertz. Sounds like a sales pitch, its not. Gained from personal experiences of many consistent car rentals over the past year + from OAK. Cleaner vehicles with lower miles, more educated staff, and better customer service from Hertz. Hertz at OAK I give 5 stars.

  We had a great experience with this Hertz location. We rented the Manager's Special and got a car for 20 dollars cheaper than we would have paid otherwise! It was only a compact, but we didn't need anything bigger/nicer. The car we got only had 44 miles on it total, and we put that up to 140 miles by the time we were done! It was a good car and a good experience.
