  I am a volunteer there so I am biased. The staff I volunteers are friendly and are proud of our facility. There are some interesting exhibits starting with the Short Solent flying boat. Open cockpit days are lots of fun!

  Well curated exhibition, interesting aircraft and details about the history of people and organisations that used to use the airport. Right by the hire car centre; check your bags in and get a good seat early, visit the museum for an hour or so then drop the hire car off.

  Was a great place with so many different things to see & experience. Awesome people that were so helpful & eager to share their knowledge. Loved the F/A-18 simulator. Could've flown it all day. Spent whole day there & loved every minute.

  Small but great aviation museum near the Oakland Airport Car Rental Facility.
  
  There are indoor displays showing the history of aviation, especially locally. There are aircraft parked both inside and outside which include military and civilian.
  
  Tours of a flying bost are available.
  
  Parking is free but admission required.
  
  Snacks, sodas and gifts are available in the gift shop at the entrance/exit.

  This has got to be the most awesome place i have ever went to. Its is such a great experience to see all the planes up so close and all the hard work tat they staff has done definitely paid off. Thank you for giving me and my family such a great day
