I previously had working being done by another company in my front yard. My sewer backed up with sand and mud, do to them drilling through my clean out stack. I called Emergency Router, Jake came out that night and confirmed I was completely plugged up, to where the other company was working. Jake came back the next day to unplug my sewer which most of the time was outside, and was there for several hrs, in the cold. He had to come back with a bigger machine to blast out the sewer. Which worked. I think Jake is a very good plumber and dedicated to his work. Thanks Jake.
