This gym has experienced trainers who are athletes themselves and who can work with people at any age or fitness level. You get an incredible amount of personal attention and the workouts change every day.
For years I would workout by myself and not see results, get bored, stop going to the gym and not be motivated to workout. When I found Urban Fitness it was a game changer. The main difference at this gym is that I can show up and everything is all set up for me in terms of the workout. They mix it up all the time so that the workout does not get boring.
Another great thing about this place is the community of other people that I get to workout with. There are no egos here, only encouragement and friendships that are formed.
Lastly the results! I feel better about myself and have improved drastically on my primary fitness goals which is to lose weight and gain muscle.
