I really needed a calm and caring front office coordinator to make the call. Thank you for your KINDNESS and CARING, never would I expect a clinic to do something like this. (July 17, 2018, 2:27 pm)I had the most pleasant easy doctors appointment ever here! I just went online and chose which office and doctor I wanted to see (at what time) and booked my appointment for the following morning. The building was clean and beautiful and I didn't have to wait at all. Parking was easy, and billing was easy (just paid a copay). My husband's company subscribes to One Medical for its employees, so it's very easy for us to use.
(August 25, 2017, 11:24 am)Best care I have ever had. LOVE One Medical -- thorough, thoughtful, always available. Web of services that goes above and beyond any other office I have ever frequented. Also, in a pinch, when out of town, you can go to any of their offices and your records will be accessible.
(March 12, 2017, 12:38 am)My whole family goes to One Medical, specifically Dr. Emily Caro-Bruce in the Oakland office. The services are great and we never wait for our appointment (very important with our new baby)! We can call, talk to a real provider, and get prescriptions over the phone. They'll do virtual consults (with pictures or FaceTime if you can't make it in). Tried going to other places, but they are awful compared to One Medical. Definitely worth the annual fee ($150) if you see a provider more than once a year!
