  Laura is a gifted and generous teacher. I leave work outs feeling limber and flexible after working up a good sweat. My body has gotten stronger and more flexible in the few short months that I've been working with Laura. So glad I found this place!

  I've been working with Laura for nearly 2 years now and she has helped me so much with my balance and coordination. I used to have back problems too and those have disappeared as well. I'd never tried Pilates before and she has been so patient with me while still challenging me every week. The studio is very clean and light, it's a pleasure to be in. Laura has made a huge difference in my well being- give her a try!
