They would get 5 stars if they had more of the bagels we wanted and fresher light roast. I had the dark roast which was fresher and hot. Also, they were out of any jam and this was in the morning. What did they expect to do the rest of the day or the next. Send someone to the market if needed.

I placed an order at the West Bloomfield Panera today, which took 20 minutes. I was having an issue with ordering from the site as I could not find what one of my coworkers wanted, on the menu. It turned out they don't have what she wanted, so I substituted her second choice, no problem. I ended up finding the only sandwich I ordered was on the wrong bread , not my healthy choice, I was disappointed. It was a messy tuna sand which which I ate as is.

Low stock by 6pm. The young lady taking our order was inexperienced and lacked confidence. The young man preparing our food was polite, confident and thorough.
