(April 27, 2020, 5:53 pm)Went here several years ago during preschool years and they were rude and unprofessional. So much so that I started driving to SF for help. Fast forward to my head starting to itch after my son’s elementary school sent an email saying someone in his class has lice. Not willing to drive to SF I gave them another try.
Oh my what a difference! There is a new owner who greeted us at the door, wiped down everything for Covid 19, and was so nice. The lady who checked our hair was gentle, professional and caring.
No lice thank goodness but so glad to know this business is in Oakland and so accommodating!
