  I recently had a deep cleaning at Laurel Smile Dentistry.
  
  I have anxiety about going to the dentist. Major anxiety to the point of panic and avoiding going. Dr. Shibahtu worked with me to calm my deeply rooted cultural fears about dental care and health.
  
  Esther, my Dental Hygienist was excellent. She was very patient and thorough. She went the extra mile to give me the cleaning I needed with the proper numbing agent that would be less traumatic. She even called me to see how I was after my first cleaning.
  
  The front office staff were accommodating to help me with a payment plan to pay for the procedures, which also allayed my fears about cost vs. care.
  
  I highly recommend Laurel Smile Dentistry.

  Wow! So yesterday I just walk in to my dentist office told them I had a lot of pain and my right side was swollen. No sleep three days. Front office Ashlie told me to have a sit and she talk to the Dentist and took me in after 15 min. After a few X-ray it turns out I had a bad infection. Doctor gave me a few shots and after 30 min I walk out with no pain and was finally able to sleep.
  
  I just want to let you and your staff know that I am thankful for your compassionate treatment of my problem. Thank You for your kindness and consideration. You and your staff were so professional and considerate.

  Excellent all the way around. Their team guides you through all the challenges of scheduling and insurance, their clinicians are wonderful, such a delightful and calming presence in a. challenging situation, fantastic approach to patient care, balancing warmth with helpful advice. Love this place, and that's saying. lot!
