I am in a wheelchair and have been working with Bryan for many months now. He is an extremely knowledgeable Physical Therapist & Personal Trainer.
His customized training plans for me are perfectly tailored to fit my needs, goals, and idiosyncrasies. I’ve found that these plans optimize my workout by pushing me where it matters but not over exhausting me.
I LOVE his flexibility to meet over FaceTime. This allows the appointment to take place in the comfort of my own home and allows Bryan to customize things to my specific environmeynt
I have been working consistently with Bryan for 4 months for a shoulder injury, and have been nothing short of amazed by his balance of deep knowledge/skill set, grounded energy, and encouragement. In November, I went to see Bryan as a result of shoulder pain stemming from a climbing injury. After one visit, he suggested I seek an MRI to determine if I had a tear, as his initial findings were leaning that direction. Sure enough I had a labrum (SLAP) tear in my shoulder! Because I still had decent mobility and the pain only presented with specific movements, I worked with Bryan (and the blessing of my surgeon) to pursue a path of treatment that does not include surgery unless my mobility is greatly affected and/or the pain increases and becomes intolerable and/or I get to a point where I can't do everyday tasks or climb. Over the last 4 months, Bryan has worked with me weekly, and I am now back to climbing the same grade I was prior to the injury, While my labrum is still torn, he has cultivated a treatment plan that is teaching my shoulder to function in a way that allows me to still do the things I love! I also appreciate that Bryan has told me if I get to a point where it does seem like surgery is the best method of treatment, he will be open about that. I would definitely see him for surgery rehab if/when that ever happens! Bryan is one of the smartest and insightful individuals I've ever met, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing PT.
