Cory and the whole team are wonderful. Very helpful, professional and kind. With regards to the units, they have many options and I love how cool (temperature) it is in there. I thought they had AC but there isn’t. Clean and my things are not dusty, full of spider webs or mold. Yes, that happened to me at another storage facility (in Alameda). Moving in and out into another (smaller) unit was easy and staff again, was very helpful. Thank you!

After nearly 7 years of storage at this Belmont site, I recently moved everything to an East Bay facility closer to family.

This A1 Self Storage site is the cleanest, most secure storage facility I’ve ever rented. I didn’t have a temp control unit but the metal siding and cement walls keep things cool. My 10x10 unit was tall not like my present one I’m renting. Roll carts are available to help move things. Password protected large elevators. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Daniel who recently helped with our transition.

We needed storage for father-in-law’s things after his death to go through carefully. Took four years but finally finished. Storage facility always clean and well lit. Very easy to access unit.

Such a clean, easy to use space! Best I have ever encountered. I use them for both my business needs and my personal ones. Secure and great gate hours!
