  We were hearing a critter in our attic, and our landlord chose Attic Solutions. I worry sometimes when I'm not in charge of choosing services for our home, but Attic Solutions has been a positive experience. Joshua came out quickly and checked out our attic, taking pictures all around. We had rat feces in there, but it wasn't too bad. His team came out a week later to do the work. They were great too! They covered the floor under our attic entrance with paper, which we appreciated because it isn't plastic and has a chance of decomposing someday. They vacuumed everything up and blocked all the entrances to our attic and crawl space, and set up traps just in case. They'll come back to check them in a couple days. We had a great experience.

  Very responsive fair and thorough have had remy out twice over the years to help mitigate rats problems

  I could hear rats in our attic every time I’d lay down to sleep. I was so grossed out I could barely sleep! We called Attic Solutions and two days later Joshua arrived for a free inspection. He
  showed us pictures of the attic insulation... it was nasty. Rats had built nests in the insulation and their droppings were everywhere. Joshua quoted us a reasonable and fair price.
  Joshua's team arrived a few days later for the job and they removed and replaced the insulation, as well as sealed the attic so no more rats could enter. They did an awesome job.
  
  I highly recommend Attic Solutions as they were quick, fair, professional, and honest.
  
  We are very happy with our decision to hire Attic Solutions.
