“The service was polite and courteous. It was also warm and welcoming just like they're down home cooking from scratch then they got a surprise for you they got actual Kool-Aid no restaurant I know has that reall talk I haven't even got started on the desserts that are to die for. With a lot of creativity put it like this I can't stand the cold but one of the desserts made me come out the heat and go into the cold but you don't hear me though. But don't listen to me go check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed I dare you”

“Super friendly staff! Great coffee. Tons of empanada options, including vegetarian and vegan! Parking can be tricky. But their outdoor seating is super cute and the whole place has a great vibe. Next time I go back I’m going to buy the whole coffee beans which are from all over South America: Argentina, Colombia & Guatemala. Love this sweet spot. Also: very quick service!”

“I recently purchased a new home and used Work of Art Service, Inc. to hang 4 pieces of art in my collection that were particularly difficult to hang: one was over a tall, narrow stairwell that also housed a stair lift, two were on walls that are mirrored, and the fourth was on a cement wall located behind a fireplace. The folks from Works of Art Service arrived on site, developed a game plan to hang each of these pieces, executed their game plans, and left behind a very pleased customer. They were professional, courteous, resourceful, creative and efficient and, most importantly, successful in hanging all four pieces. I recommend this company highly. Tom J.”

“Black mold in corners of shower in our outdated bathroom. Bedroom section ample. Bed comfortable but AC unit made horrendous noise randomly. Only about 5 other cars in parking lot. Is that the best you have to offer at a beach location?”

“I was extremely impressed with this branch of US Bank. I've been in the process of purchasing a home, which has required a couple wire transfers into an escrow account. The first branch I went to, only one person could help, the branch manager, and she was on lunch break. I had to wait 10 minutes, and then the service was slow and impersonal. That was a complete 180 at this branch. I walked into the US Bank in Montclair and was immediately warmly greeted. All the associates were friendly and personable. I was assisted immediately at a comfortable desk, and the associate working with me was professional while still being friendly. She congratulated me on my home purchase, and when she found I was moving from Boston commented that the bank manager was a huge Red Sox fan. On top of my wire going through promptly, this bank made me feel like I was more than just money in an account, but was a real person, and I appreciate that!”

“I always used budget movers in the past and was so happy I went with these guys this time. They were on time, efficient, and super professional. The guys who helped me on this particular move were also so kind! It made such a difference, this was the least stressful move I've ever had. I will 100% use Oakland Moving in the future.”

“Amazing dojo. This isn’t even a dojo, it’s a family and you can archived so much there. It helps with so much useful stuff. This does NOT teach you how to beat up a kid you don’t like, however, it DOES teach you how to defend yourself and keep yourself safe. Self Defense was my favorite activity, along with rolls and throws. They also teach hand grabs, and how to escape from a stranger or someone you don’t like grabbing your arms, hands or chest. It’s very good and I HIGHLY recommend it. There are no age limits, (obviously not babies, but kids above 4 are allowed to train, as long as they obey and understand/ comprehend basic rules) so weather you’re 10 or 100, you can train here. Free, but donations are appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!😄😋”

“Megan has the knowledge, skills, and charisma that you want your real estate agent to have but on top of that when you start working with her, you found a friend and guardian in her. She is knowledgeable both in real estate and mortgage and pays attention to details. For example, from the start she made sure we understood the closing cost/ tax bases and other cost associated with purchase of a home in our area; so, we were not surprised at the end. We started our search during COVID and there were no open houses during that time. She would schedule 4-5 showings back-to-back for us and would come along with us weekends or weekdays. After a few weeks of listening to us, she told us that we need to look at homes that are built after 1985. This came as a surprise to us, but she was right! There was something about homes prior to 1985 in that area that even when they were remodeled, we did not like them. Later, she explained that she had noticed that we like thicker walls and higher ceilings, and we didn’t care much for bigger backyards, those were features of homes built after 1985 in that area. This is the level of knowledge that you want in your realtor. We saw over 40 homes and wrote more than a dozen offers and she would read all the disclosures along with us and help us understand them. Megan was very quick to respond to texts or emails and we always felt our questions were answered. She has access to a team of professionals that complements her profession. When we bought our house, we wanted to paint the interior. She recommended a crew that painted our home in a short time at a great cost! If you are thinking about selling or buying real estate in Bay Area, Megan is your gal!”
