Best service I've had in a long time.

We've had more work done here than we wanted to but they do a great job, the staff is friendly, and they keep you very well informed of the progress of your repairs.

Brought my car here for a bumper repair and it turned out great. The white metallic paint was a perfect match with the rest of the car. They're also one of the few authorized Tesla repair shops in the area

Overall experience was great. The person who handled my case (Chris Clerk) was very helpful, friendly and kept me updated from time to time when my car was in repair shop.

We've had several cars worked on at B&S Hacienda Dublin and Pleasanton. Each time we were treated with respect and care. They even asked if "everyone was ok" in the car. Who else does that? The damage to our truck was significant that it took at least a month. The whole right side from bumper to bumper was severely damaged and it needed a rear axle and a new rear end. Knowing the behind the scenes paperwork and phone calls to the insurance that needed to be done, we weren't in a real hurry to get it back. We just wanted it done right and with original parts. Not after market parts. When our vehicles were done they looked brand new. I wouldn't take my car or truck anywhere but B&S Hacienda. ????
