The folks working at the Pleasanton branch, Vanessa and Marcos, were so friendly and helpful. I told them I needed to see the space before I booked and Marcos was extremely patient and helped me address all of my concerns with my delivery company. Marcos also took the time to explain all the processes involved as well as the terms and conditions. The place is clean and well-kept. The facilities is well- maintained. “When we bought our piano (baby grand) Mr Abdalian helped me examine the piano thoroughly before the purchase -- I was a bit surprised at the ease and speed with which he dissembled the piano and put it back together. Mr Abdalian provided very helpful advices and we were very happy with the purchase. We later contacted him again to fix a key and some other minor problems, and he did it in a highly professional way, patiently explained to me how everything works. Highly recommended!!”

So like the professional he is he sent me to a trusted source nearby to get the work done. Even though he could not help me out himself he made sure I was taken care of. I could not appreciate what he has done anymore than I do now. I highly recommend Santa Rita Auto and service to anyone listening. If you have car trouble make sure you check them out first. “Honest shop. Came in for an alignment and they identified an issue that needs to be resolved first before it could be deemed a complete alignment to their standards. They at least set what they could for us in the front and wouldn't accept a payment for something half finished. This is how mechanic work used to be done. Done right the first time , not slam em out and charge $250/hr for guess work. I will be a customer once we get the issue resolved and will forever recommend this shop. Kudos guys.”
