If you want to look and feel great, find your undiscovered dancer-body, you need try a class and experience the unique workout that Breckinridge Dance delivers. The Barre Plus class will allow you to eacaoe your daily stresses and give your entire body a workout that will help tone, strengthen and elongates those muscles you never knew you had! I love these classes - Thank you Breckenridge Dance!!

(March 7, 2018, 5:59 pm)The instructor Jill really exemplifies how invaluable a great teacher can be when making the effort to reach your goals. I took the Barre Fitnes class and with the instructors guidance was given an incredible and effective workout and was left sore in all new places, and this is from someone who is a regular at the gym. I recommend anyone considering improving their conditioning and health to try this out
