(October 26, 2020, 2:02 am)This shop is diagonally from the SF Premium outlets and nestled among other note worthy restaurants in the Pacific Pearl plaza. However this place stands out with having the best beef in a Taiwanese beef noodle soup I've had in the Bay! Definitely rivals the ones I had in Taiwan. The only thing this place doesn't have right is their noodles. The meat and broth are done very well. They do sell their beef shank and tendon a la carte - just ask the workers for it! I got their #2 beef noodle soup ($15) with half shank and tendon and it was so good I had to go back and buy the meat to take home a la carte. (Which amounted to about $17 for 2x shank and 2x tendon) I also got their honeycomb tripe ($6.35) and it was just as flavorful and tender. Prices are reasonable and fair. My family and I will definitely be back for more!
