Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare Outpatient Laboratory

Great experience and fast test results. Came disappointed from another lab with appointment and long wait times to this and I am glad I did. This is my go to lab now. I had excellent customer service and my test results showed up in the app 5hrs later!!!

This place is amazing . Fast , efficient and very friendly staff . Very clean and nicely maintained too . This place is very close to my home so I prefer to bring my boys for any lab work here . They are very nice and gentle with kids . Great staff and great service .

No one likes to get their blood drawn, but the employees who work here are so kind and efficient, that if you do need some lab work, I would definitely recommend Stanford Valley Care lab in PLEASANTON. Everyone from the receptionist, to the office staff to the Phlebotomists are wonderful. They really CARE about their patients, they are very friendly, and they always find my and my daughter’s veins with no trouble. This is not normally an easy thing to do. We’ve both had bad experiences at other labs trying multiple sites on both our arms and backs of our hands because we both have tiny veins. Finding our tiny veins is never a problem, and we are usually in and out very quickly!

They are always pleasant, competent, efficient, and work well with both our outpatient physicians as well as the pre-op unit.

The only (minor) annoyance is that labs ordered into the pre-op EHS have to be explicitly transferred to the outpatient EHS whenever we want to have a single blood draw for labs ordered by outpatient MDs (and faxed or brought in), and any labs ordered for the pre-op.
