The young lady I spoke to i believe her name was Monica was great with answering all my questions beforehand. Once I arrived she still was very helpful, pleasant, and had great customer service. I was impressed by how clean the grounds and office were. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.

I have had a storage unit here for years. Over the number of years, the staff has been very accommodating and always very helpful. Both Janelle and Monica were very helpful as I had to make some changes with my unit and moved into multiple units. I would recommend this location versus other storage locations in the San Leandro area, as I have been to others as well.
