APD Appliance Parts Distributor

Was referred to the San Leander location for shipping of a part I Could not find locally (Austin Texas area). Recieved the same great customer service as I did from the guys in Fremont and got my part shipped to me...great job, great and friendly customer service. Keep it up!

We order a lot of appliances from ADP and it's not an easy job having to deal with traffic all around the Bay. The delivery people without exception are always kind polite and amazing at what they do and how they do it. Joseph today brought a fridge up two flights of stairs with a smile on his face and spring in his step. He parked in front of the building dropped the fridge off and then legally parked his truck before bring in the fridge. Amazing!!

I appreciate a competent, dedicated community manager and maintenance supervisor along with a BIG HEAP of warm customer service. Ginette and David take care of business all the while taking care to make a resident feel at home. I have been in the office and on-site many times to attest to these interactions (I have been their vendor/rep. for 5+ yrs.) It takes a certain talent and charm and know how to do what they do. They are singly and collectively the epitome of all that is good in on-site property management. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for them. Rent here - you will enjoy your experience.

Awesome Customer Service and Pricing
I'm a property manager for a 100+ multi family community in San Jose. I wanted to share how much I appreciate APD. Monica, my rep, jumps through hoops to make the impossible possible, she's cheerful and always helpful. The delivery guys are great to work with too. I like the way they call when their on the way and how courteous they are with my tenants. APD runs a tight ship and truly goes above and beyond.
