San Leandro Kia a Carnamic Car Center

I recently bought a 2023 Sportage Hybrid EX and had a great service from Alex, Steve, and Ed at San Leandro Kia. The whole process with them was quite smooth and their constant service was great! In addition, I have talked to several dealerships who were asking high markups or long waiting time, but their price was fair and I got my car within just a couple of weeks. Overall I am so happy that I purchased my new car through San Leandro Kia!

Shout out to Khaled Ali. This was the best car buying experience I've had. Quoted a price up front and didn't play any games. Best price by far from talking to 5 dealerships. Michael did a good job instructing us in all of the car's features.

I want to show my appreciation to Brayan and the entire team at San Leandro Kia. Their price was fair, the negotiation was smooth, and I was pleased with the level of detail and service.

I have my apprehensions with the after sales service but I can do it at any Kia dealer of my choice in the area, or even normal shops, so that comes down to whether I'm lucky or not.

But I want to reiterate that I'm very pleased with this dealerships service, they didn't waste my time and didn't play any games with me - I felt respected. I will note that I did not opt to finance, because I had been severely burned by the process at every dealer I had been to up to this point.

But there were no silly markups, the price quoted to me was the price I paid, and it's crazy that we're at this point where nobody wants to be an honest, trust earning business. I didn't feel that way about San Leandro Kia.

The cherry on top was that they actually had the exact car and trim was looking for!

Amazing team. I called ahead because I was interested in the Sorento Xline and it wasn't in a dealership near me. Chen confirmed it was available and I headed out to the dealership with my family. I got there and Ed and Chen greeted us as friends and made us feel very welcome. After much thought and negotiations Ed and his team managed to get us a great apr and manageable monthly payments. I drove out with the exact car I wanted and feeling great.

P.S they have a very cozy waiting room with lots of snacks and coffee. If you're like me and bring your whole family, your family will be comfortable while you finish the deal
