Once we got serious to bid on a house we asked Paul to represent us. Again: he was very good in asking the right questions, and we figured the house was not right. Once we did find the right fit, he was expertly guiding us to put in a winning bid without going over market! To boot it was our very FIRST bid for a house. The whole transaction from then one was as well butter-smooth, clearly communicated and he helped navigate all the kinks. His extensive network helped as well with financing and moving to boot. In short just the type of professional you want to have on your side when going through a process that could be otherwise a very stressful experience. “This is a great little library. The staff is friendly and VERY helpful. If you want peace and quiet, go first thing in the morning, once the kids get out of school it becomes a free-for-all and forget about even getting onto a computer, since the kids are all there playing MineCraft or some other game. It appears that come 3pm, this becomes a day care center instead of a place to read and study. Once they can manage to wrangle in the kids, this will be a 5star place. Still a wonderful place in the community, just chose your times wisely.”

“Me and my kids have been coming here since they open...and we really like it ❤The staff is very friendly and my order is usually on time unless you go there after kids get out of school that would make a 10min trip into a 25 min wait. Bathroom is always clean so is the eating area. A nice spot to hang up with my kids ???? I go there 2 times per week and we are never disappointed.”

“This is a fun little place hidden away in the Washington Manor neighborhood. It's a good place to stop for Chinese BBQ. There is a good variety of foods. The chicken wing was the size of my forearm and the beef stew was pretty tasty. I'd recommend it for anyone in the mood for this type of food that doesn't want to drive out to San Jose or Fremont/Newark”

It is not a fancy restaurant but something you would find in Chinatown without going to Chinatown. Parking is good and service is fine. I am looking forward to returning soon! Wish they had the small pick forks so you can get inside the crab shell but other than that great place to grab some yummy seafood! Def going back”
