  Alex is wonderful. He fixed our garbage disposal the first time and then when it got jammed again the next day, he came back to fix it free of charge.He is very knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy. He came over within a couple of hours of my phone call. I highly recommend him.

  Alex is a true professional! I called in as my dishwasher was not working. Alex took the call and immediately made an appointment to come check it within 2 hours! He diagnosed the issue and immediately suggested what needs to be done. Since the parts were back ordered, Alex made several calls to make sure this can be fixed ASAP. I will recommend Alex and ASAP Appliance repair as they are very reasonable and professional.

  It is easy to like Alex. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, honest, and thoughtful - these are hard to find qualities in service professionals nowadays. My dishwasher has standing water after cycle ends and detergent dispenser does not seem to open. I did a lot of researches on google and yelp before deciding to call Alex. There are a lot of bigger companies with 4.5 above stars on google and yelp. I was attempted to contact them since they are positioned on the top of the page. Then I remember my past experience with those companies. Some of them have dedicated person to take care of bad reviews. Plus, you never know which technician they send to you. Some of technicians are inexperienced. It is a headache when they can not fix the problem first time or they mess up the situation. Then you have to deal with the company continually and live with uncomfortable situation.
  
  I called Alex on 7/3 and tried to make an appointment on 7/5. He got a big project on 7/5 so he asked me to call back on 7/5 and schedule an appointment on 7/6. He did offer me same day service. Unfortunately, I was not available on that day. I called on 7/5. Alex told me that he got rescheduled so he is available today. I made an appointment at 2 pm. Alex showed up on time. He checked my dishwasher and said the machine is an older model (My dishwasher is over 10 years). It is common to see some water left in these older models. The detergent dispenser worked manually and automatically when he tried it. So he suggested me just keep the unit until problem shows up again or there are other problems. It is not worth to fix it now. He also told me if I ever want to buy a new dishwasher, he can help to do the research finding the best fit for me and install it. He did not try to sell me things I don't need. The whole process was painless. He also waived $50 diagnosis fee because he rescheduled on me on a short notice and he may come back if problem shows up again.
  
  If you want your problem fixed without all other headaches, you will like Alex a lot.

  Alex was very professional, competent and honest with the pros and cons of having a new pump installed in our washing machine. Aside from his valued service , he is upfront to share information to have a better decision on options for repairs and replacement. He charges reasonably for parts and service. Five star for his service! would definitely recommend!

  Alex has been helping my family fixing things for years. He always gives us an honest price , honest opinion which is rare to find these days. We are happy with his service. He’s responsive when I request an appointment. There has been a couple times that he came and found nothing major to fix, he charged us for nothing, not even his time ! I highly recommend him to every family ! You should have his business card on the refrigerator like us !!
