Unfortunately, some vets do lag on approving the rx so you buy the rx from their office (one of my vet did that and I won't be returning to him). Whenever I experienced any problems, I was taken care of by their representatives (both Mike & Nelson changed my experience). They are willing to rectify any issues which I truly appreciate as a consumer. I will continue to order from them and would recommend them to others.
