“The price for the two key fobs they programmed for me was very fair. I provided the fobs myself as Dodge couldn’t get the ones I needed until wednesday and I found them on Amazon for overnight delivery. Dodge got me in first thing Monday morning, which was impressive considering that I called them on Saturday afternoon! I almost never use the dealership for work on my vehicles because of what I feel is over pricing big time. But in this case I was stuck having to use them because my one and only key fob was destroyed by my dog!! But the price was fair and the service got done right. So good job this time to Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler down there! The only reason its four stars is because I brought it in at 9am and it took the whole day to get it back. But I never expect to get my vehicle back quickly at any shop I take it to. So again, over all, I am very pleased with this service they performed for me. Mike”
