“Amazing dojo. This isn’t even a dojo, it’s a family and you can archived so much there. It helps with so much useful stuff. This does NOT teach you how to beat up a kid you don’t like, however, it DOES teach you how to defend yourself and keep yourself safe. Self Defense was my favorite activity, along with rolls and throws. They also teach hand grabs, and how to escape from a stranger or someone you don’t like grabbing your arms, hands or chest. It’s very good and I HIGHLY recommend it. There are no age limits, (obviously not babies, but kids above 4 are allowed to train, as long as they obey and understand/ comprehend basic rules) so weather you’re 10 or 100, you can train here. Free, but donations are appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!😄😋”

I like the way they have handled the COVID-19 pandemic, testing both the staff and residents every Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You guys are doing wonderful job👏👏 I highly recommend this place!”
