I am too old to get up on those tall ladders now. They came out and gave me an estimate below what the other painters bid. The house hadn't been painted in 20 years and was a mess. They took many of the places down to bear wood and scraped all the loose stuff off and then primed the whole house. They even used oil base primer on the wood where we requested it. They patched all the holes, crevices and caulked all the seams. I inspected each part of the job and they were very thorough I asked them to do a few extras and they didn't charge me. If you are looking for quality work these are the guys.”

“Easy go and easy out. Reasonable price for USCIS Medical in the Bay Area. They charge $395 for everything (including vaccinations) which was fairly cheaper compared to other clinics I called in the area. Dr. Farah Rana takes her time to know your medical history, past conditions, and makes you very comfortable during the physical. Oh and by the way, her assistant Carolina is amazing as well. Always smiling and gives you all the info needed for your i-693 and the process associated with it. I am very happy with their service.”

“Real nice to go back inside, sit down and have a nice breakfast anytime of the day. W would have given five stars but the bacon was overcooked and was more like jerky still tasted good just hard to chew for an old man like me. The coffee was great and they even brought me vanilla cream for my coffee. Our waitress was five star very attentive. We took our time nobody rushed us that was nice very relaxing thank you IHOP. 8-14-21 Return for breakfast! This time we had seven adults and one baby, they seated us fairly quickly and we had really nice service everybody had a wonderful breakfast and they let me walk the grandbaby around the restaurant so he wouldn't scream and yell brought us lots of coffee and cream which I like and enjoyed the whole thing. My son ended up buying us breakfast which was the best part of all as always IHOP took good care of us will be back again”
