The hardest part, was the inability for me to go in to visit him. I had to trust that the staff were caring for him the way he deserved. There was definitely an adjustment period, but the director, Sherry, and her staff worked hard to make him feel at home. He is very happy living there now. I feel very comforted in the fact that I am in constant contact with Sherry. They all care very much about the residents.”

We looked at a U-Haul Box which was what I had considered. After making a reservation for 1, I returned a few days later to change it to a storage unit instead. No problem, he said. We checked out a few storage units and I again reserved a unit but didn't want to commit because it was further than where I wanted it. Later that day, I found another storage unit closer to my home and called in to Tyler to cancel my reservation. Again, no problem! I was really impressed with the customer service, especially by Tyler, and I will return to this U-Haul site again for my next move!”
