Sato San, the owner and he's Japanese, uses the freshest fish for all his nigiri and sashimi. I've eaten at other Japanese restaurants in this area. Even though those places offer a wide varieties of sushi selection but many of them do not use the highest quality fishes. Sato San trains his Mexican cooks well because all their other dishes taste great and authentic.”

So much so that we dream of stopping by any time we drive through Oakland. I got the same plate today but ordered a side of beans. My wife got a plate of tuna. And so fragile again.
