“We had an URGENT need for a transmission in our 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Our Daughter was coming in about 10 days to take the truck to Miami where she lives. We needed a National company for a warranty that would cover the work, not only in Miami, but in EVERY state she traveled thru to get there. We spoke with Brian. He was knowledgeable,, considerate and concerned. Brian expedited the work and had our truck towed in and repaired in 1 day. Brian wanted us to put as many miles on the truck as possible so he could inspect the truck for any issues related to the replacement of the transmission, before our daughter arrived. Brian was being proactive. Brian didn't want our daughter to encounter any issues as she drove the 15 hour,1,023 miles to her home. Presently, the climate in America suggests that there is no genuine civility or respect between Whites and other races. I am honored to document that the Staff at Coleman-Taylor, were genuinely friendly, cheerful and caring with us and Brian wasn't just Professional, Brian behaved as a Parent and used this opportunity to personally do all he could to ensure her safety on the road alone with such a long journey home. “We purchased an oversized chair from Lazy Boy in 2009. It was our first big purchase as a married couple! It has seen us through 12 years of marriage, two very active and fun boys, and two dogs. The only reason we were looking to make a new purchase is because the space we now have does not work with our furniture. That being said, we knew when it was time to get new furniture, we would go with Lazy Boy. It has lasted us so long and is so comfortable, sturdy, and well made. The customer service at the Union City store was stellar. The manager spoke with me on the phone to get a better idea of what we were looking for and our budget. She then proceeded to set up an appointment for us to come in to meet with her and see the products she came up with for us. She was so accommodating and made sure to communicate with us as she was helping other customers throughout the store. The staff all wore masks and followed social distancing . Only 25 people were allowed in the showroom at one time and everyone was spaced apart. I felt very comfortable , safe, and excited to be able to shop even given all the restrictions of COVID. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff there.We did make a purchase. It was the very last choice that was something we had not even considered ( reclining sofa set) !! We cannot wait to get it! It was a hot buy so, a super affordable price , which included delivery as well as hauling away of our old furniture. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and the Union City store to anyone considering high quality , comfort, and affordable furniture. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review.
