Orders were fairly straight forward, pricing was better than stores in surrounding areas, communication was excellent, and installation was great (we only had carpet installed). We had a minor hiccup with the nails used to keep carpet secure at door transitions poking up, however, we notified Floor Store and had a repair guy come out in a few days. Overall, we're really happy and will order and install with them again next time we need hardwood or carpet.”
