“Easy, convenient, not pushy. Had to take my car in for a SMOG check, and I got an appointment the next day at a convenient time. The service was very quick. I was able to use a coupon that I found online to save money, too. Before I left, the associate offered that they also provide regular car maintenance service usually for a fraction of the price you can find elsewhere. I did mention that I usually take my car to the dealership (for consistency) and he did state that their service is the same for less money, but he did not push the issue. The environment is clean and the lobby where you can wait for your car is pleasant with magazines to read. Compared to other places I've been to for smog service, this was far more comfortable. I would not hesitate to bring my car back and I would recommend this to others.”
