(June 7, 2021, 3:30 pm)The Manager We have now is the reason Kennedy Meadows is a Very Nice place to call home. The Property is clean and safe for chidren too play. The Manager does not pick on anyone as the above comment stated. She judges no one and she's very partial to everyone. All Apartment rules must be observed to keep this place a safe community.

(May 31, 2021, 8:56 pm)Very nice people. Quiet and very close to Thunder Valley. No smoking on property which is alright, but you have ti go out on the main road and they have mo benches or shade or anything for the people they want to go out there to smoke. At least a bench would be nice
