Getting rid of two horrible and petty managers, replacing unprofessional staff, and a complete remodel. While it left the store shelves low for a while, the staff worked hard to keep the store up with old inventory going out, new inventory coming in and the construction crews leaving their mess every where. It's a shame that a previous manager, who should know store procedures, would come complain about the current staff over things beyond their control. But I guess that's why he's no longer the manager.”
