“Eleven years ago, my parents looked for a martial arts school that would teach me how defend myself, but also would instill in my brother and I the same morals and strength of character they focused on at home. They did their research and found this school. The Black Belts and Instructors are dedicated to developing the best in each student and themselves. Through thoughtfully designed movements and techniques, I have had countless challenging workouts that have improved my flexibility, strength, and endurance. Besides the physical aspect, I have gained tools that have helped me achieve my goals within and outside the school. From communication skills to self confidence, I feel more capable in my daily life. This is not your average martial arts school. You earn your way to becoming a skilled martial artist and are not given belts for simply showing up. If you're interested in teaching your kids to be honest, kind, and courageous, you've found the right place. If you're interested in testing your physical and mental capabilities, you've definitely found the right place.”

“My 16 year old daughter injured her shoulder almost a year ago. She has seen doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists. For several months, her pain was "manageable" but for the past 3 months she's been unable to raise her arm above her shoulder, even if she tried to push it up with the other hand. She's been told she had biceps tendinitis and that it should go away on its own. She heard she had a loose shoulder and would just have to live with it. It was so bad that she was unable to preform daily functions like washing her hair, driving and getting her arm on her desk, at school, to write. The future seemed grim. Fortunately, my brother is a chiropractor, and met Dr. T several years ago. When I told my brother of my daughter's condition, he immediately thought of Dr. T and asked me to call. I'm SO glad I did. After the first adjustment, my daughter was able to raise her hands above her head. After 2, she was flat ironing her hair on her own again. She has seen him 4 times now and will return to playing with her club soccer team this weekend. My sad, and hurting girl is happy and smiling once again. Dr. T is truly AMAZING! His staff is great. I recommend skipping the nonsense of health care protocol and going straight to Dr. T. Why waste time being in pain when you don't have to? Thank you, Dr. T, for giving my daughter her life back!”
