  Pleasant and honest mechanics from the moment I walk in the door. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you to Mike, Justin and Joe. Justin was my initial contact, he answered all my questions. Mike schedule my appointment and explained in detail what was going to take place when I brought my car in. Mike also called and explained in detail what needed to be done for my repairs. Joe provided excellent shuttle service to and from the shop. Great team at D&K Auto Repair.

  Thank you D&K Automotive for your professionalism, kindness and concern for me and my car. It's so hard to find a good automotive place that we can really trust these days.   i had called a day prior to walking in for a prepurchase inspection and when i got in Justin greeted me warmly, got me directly in and honored a price quote.
  after the inspection-which was through beyond my expectations by far, he said straight forward to me, this is not a car you want to buy.
  then he went over in detail, with pictures and video the state of the car and what it would need to be restored, rather than repaired.
  
  Justin and Mike were great! i appreciated so much Justin’s candor and honesty in steering me away from a really bad purchase.
  
  They were fast for the thoroughness of the inspection and i very highly recommend them for service needs.
  
  Justin was great to work with, funny, thoughtful, honest and honorable. mike was great help on the phone and i will definitely return for service and inspection needs in the future.

  D & K Auto Repair was able to give me a timely appointment and had a friendly customer care driver to bring me home and pick me up. I received a very detailed inspection report of my car, including pictures through my email before I even got the call about the issue I brought the car in for. I loved the advanced technology that was used on my car including the photos taken with mini I-Pads upon arrival. The service writer, Justino was very friendly and gave detailed explanations of what was going on with my car and thoughts about what to do next. I will be returning and recommending this shop to my friends.
