(July 5, 2022, 8:33 pm)I had never tried the Lemon Chicken at China City before so thought I would give it a try. It is possibly the best Lemon Chicken I have ever had. Usually, Lemon chicken is made with a very thick and super sweet sauce that tastes almost artificial. This one had a thinner and lighter, but still sweet and lemony, sauce what was so good. My guess is that it was made with real lemons and thickened with not much more than sugar. I could still taste the chicken with a nice lemon flavor rather than tasting so much lemon that any meat would be overpowered. I will order it again, for sure.
