  I have a very sensitive stomach ! Many foods /drinks affect me, I am learning what I can have and what I can not have ! Sunday I started having matcha tea and I bought Thai coconut milk in a can , I don't know why but I didn't look at the ingredients, I know better but I didn't, it has an ingredient called gar-gum and I reacted , however didn't put it together until Tuesday evening , I was in so much pain Monday and Tuesday my tummy started to bloat so bad ! Wednesday I did a lymphatic drainage massage at abundance Wellspa in the balancerpro , my inflammation went away almost immediately and had relief . Anyways it's been a huge process for me to figure out what affects me and and what doesn't and another thing to add to a list of what I can't have. Our bodies are amazing and tricky - I'm not in my 20/30s anymore and I am learning this body out slowly ! But if I could share one thing is how important our lymphatic system is , and how you can help it work properly! I just want you to know there's alternatives to holistic-living , we are conditioned to believe western medicine is the only way to "fix" everything, and I just want to share you don't always need a pill to fix it . yes I know some need them to help live and keep them going but there's also ways to help naturally!

  My grandson had a cold with extreme congestion. I took him in to Abundance WellSpa for a salt treatment and that night his congestion was gone. The salt room also helped clear up his exzema patches. Completely amazing!!

  Abundance WellSpa is awesome! I went in with breathing issues and came out feeling like I had more room to breathe, if that makes any sense. The Halo therapy helps! A lot! For people with asthma and or any other lung issues, this therapy, i feel, has improved my lung issues tremendously! It was also my first reiki and infrared treatment. Reiki put my my chakras back in line and the sauna was made me sweat like crazy! Who can complain walking out of there feeling like a million bucks! If you haven't been, try it! I'm sure you'll like it! Once I was done in there, I walked out feeling fantastic! I've been more full of life and overall happier since! Thank you, Abundance WellSpa, I will be back!

  Antioch is so lucky to have its very own Halotherapy Himalayan Salt spa. My first time and it was an amazing experience. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and the treatment is effective. Soften my skin and alleviated my symptoms from seasonal allergies. Daphne is very knowledgeable and caring of her clients. I highly recommend this spa! Thank you Abundance WellSpa!
  
  After my 2nd visit to Abundance and having Salt therapy I have not had to use my allergy meds since. Also, I noticed how soft my skin was after the 2nd session. I will be back at least twice a month for Salt therapy!!!! Thank you Abundance Well Spa

  I have never heard of Halotherapy until recently, and I sure am glad I did! After visiting Abundance WellSpa’s Himalayan salt room, I noticed a significant improvement in my breathing. I have suffered with sinus and breathing issues for many years, and now I’m happy to say that I am able to breathe deeper and cleaner, my sinuses are less inflamed and I’m not having to take my allergy pills/sprays as frequently as I did before. I highly recommend anyone to visit Abundance WellSpa for a salt treatment. Aside from my breathing issues, I have noticed an improvement in my skin and quality of sleep. They are reasonably priced as well. Thank you Abundance WellSpa! I’m a customer for life!
