They did such a good job that I have already used them again. They were extremely responsive and were able to work with my schedule excellently. I have been here twice now, and both times it was a great experience. The first time I needed a lock for my house, which I had removed because there was a family emergency. I called them up late at night, and they were able to come out within an hour. The second time was to fix an old deadbolt that had been broken for a few years by someone who didn't want to pay for it (I forget who). They were able to replace the bolt in about 15 minutes, which is pretty impressive!
